And we are say something like Welcome.

If we say, Magna Navis ex maria, we are saying:

My friends, I stay on my diet of life, around my Milk-eggs-vegetarian life, never meat and never fish on my plate. After many years I can tell you, I don’t feel very badly on my body, only, I would like to have the enough to pay a good dentist to have a good work on.

Maybe not anyone is ready to understand why we take a life as vegetarian in a style Milk-eggs-vegetarian (vegetables) foods, because between vegetables and fruits, we have so much for our nutrition fact, when we take products by milk, we have enough of Calcium and proteins too, from eggs, we have proteins and something else too.

Now, I’m under diet because I don’t want to get so fat on life, by the way, if I take many foods around Milk products, Eggs and Products by eggs, about vegetables and fruits, I have so much on too.

I don’t see very nice for me to eat meat from animals or to eat fish.

Maybe it’s good to taste something like eggs from fish, as we find eggs from a chicken.

At now, it’s not easy to find on shop and markets eggs from other animals, similar to the chickens eggs, because we see the only eggs of chickens, and only chickens.

We cannot say congratulation to some shops, because they forgot to add eggs of other animals of the farming.

Hey… they want to make business and market, but they forget to add eggs of many farming animals on.

Heads of chickens or only, if someone here doesn’t teach, some aren’t ready to understand.

Blood and blood of animals and fishes everyday are going to the trash, because after the preparation of fish and meat for shops, they trash all blood.

My opinion about that, it’s because we try to respect the Nature, we respect animals and if humans aren’t ready at now to respect Animals, this is a wrong step of life.

Example, you need of many animals to have foods for each one on people, but we have to respect the Animals life too.

That’s why we take and I take my life as vegetarian, because we know how is.

Also, sometimes if you know the medicine as science and the sciences, about blood sickness and cancers and etc…

From meat, if the meat is not of a great production, you will find much sickness that proteins for you body.

Must to know the truth and to have our free decision to take our life on different ways of meals too.

Free to take you way about foods, we stay on our Vegetarian, or Milk-eggs-vegetarian foods.

I have to tell that to anyone.
